Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your confirmation. If a product is mispriced or out of stock we may cancel and refund in full before dispatch.

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and exclude any customs duties on international orders. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

Product descriptions

We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours can differ slightly between screens, and measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order. Use products as the manufacturer intends.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the business is registered.
