Costs

Standard tracked shipping is $5.95, and free on orders over $49. Express is $12.95 and next-day delivery within the US is $24.95.

Timings

Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are dispatched the same day. Standard delivery takes 4–9 business days, express 2–4, next-day is exactly what it says as long as you're in the contiguous US.

Each product page shows its own estimate, because a few specialist items ship from further away.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned. You can also check any order at any time from the track your order page using your order number and email.

Where we ship

We deliver to 42 countries across North America, Europe, Australasia, and parts of Asia and the Middle East. Customs duties on international orders are the recipient's responsibility.
